The production of high-quality parts for your product requires high-tech equipment. The parts are manufactured to the nearest thousandth of a millimeter and made from a variety of materials.
In our Parts Production Department, state-of-the-art machines for CNC milling, CNC turning, wire EDM, gearing, lapping, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, optical centering, honing, laser cutting, calibration and other operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In this department we make the parts for your final product. The starting material can be solid material, sheet material or extrusion material, depending on your specifications.
After the production of the parts, we also offer surface treatments. Depending on your requirements, we can finish the parts with nickel plating, electroplating, powder coating, wet painting and much more.
